What is your background?
My formal education includes a BSc Economics from Pennsylvania State University and numerous Professional Development coaching seminars/workshops & certificates. I have worked in a variety of industries, including finance, accounting, private aviation, and community affairs. Design My Vibe was created as a blog in January 2018 to document my journey as an entrepreneur and has instead become my journey through life.
From blog to business, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve enlightenment, empowerment, and excellence by creating a life they love.
What is life coaching?
A life coach is a professional who guides their clients to achieve their personal and professional goals. Along the way, there is a discovery of self, reviving the love in their relationships and finding true purpose in life.
Life coaching is not magic or a quick fix. To be successful, it relies on principles of positive psychology and empowerment to create new habits that generate lasting transformation. Similar to the muscles we work out in the gym, mental muscles have to be trained to think differently and approach life more effectively.
A life coach is a personal trainer for your brain.
How do you help your clients?
My coaching is based on the fundamentals to which I live my own life – trust in what’s outlined for your life and take action to match your vision.
I help you discover your life’s purpose, what truly excites you, what means the world to you and what has been holding you back from accomplishing your dreams. Together we design a personalized action plan to help you stride forward and consistently stay on track.
I provide guidance, support, tools, feedback and most importantly – accountability. Research shows that people are much more likely to complete a task when they are held accountable for the results.

By combining intuitive perceptivity with cutting-edge coaching techniques, I help you open your awareness and connect with a deeper sense of purpose to create the results you have always desired in life. You will become inspired to take intentional action that leads to sustainable impact.
What happens during a life coaching session?
During a coaching session, we begin by assessing your current satisfaction in life and clarifying the vision you have for the life of your dreams. Our conversation is designed with questions that challenge your beliefs about what’s possible and encourage your exploration beyond what seems feasible.
Once your goals have been defined, we will create S.M.A.R.T actionable steps to accomplish them. Your progress will be measured in our sessions, where adjustments will be made to powerfully recreate momentum.
How does life coaching differ from therapies?
Therapy tends to treat/heal past emotional issues while coaching considers that clients are healthy. We focus on where they are now, where they want to be, and how to get there.
In general, coaching is more action & result-oriented.
Who do you work with?
I have worked with a variety of clients – from teachers and media professionals to business owners, entrepreneurs, creatives, and corporate professionals. I work mostly with millennials in their mid 20’s and 30’s who want to become leaders in their communities.
The clients I work with are committed to their personal and professional growth and they are open to new perspectives that require energy and resources to achieve desired results.
